The Company announces that, pursuant to the Tender Offer set out in the circular published by the Company on 9 May 2014 which closed on 22 May 2014, the directors of the Company below have notified the Company of the sale by tender of the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") set out against their respective names below. The numbers of Ordinary Shares in which these individuals now have an interest are also set out against their names. Settlement of the Tender Offer took place on 6 June 2014 and notification to the Company of all these transactions was completed on 9 June 2014. All shares were sold at a price of 95 pence per share.
