Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 30 January 2018, for Lloyds Banking Group plc CAD500,000,000 3.50 per cent. Notes due 2025 (the "Notes") issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 30 March 2017 as supplemented by the supplemental prospectuses dated 27 April 2017, 27 July 2017 and 25 October 2017 (together, the "Prospectus") in connection with the £25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lloyds Banking Group plc.
The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), as amended.
