LLOYDS BANKING GROUP: NOTIFICATION UNDER LISTING RULE 9.6.14R
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Lloyds Banking Group plc ("Group") announces that Amanda Mackenzie, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Group, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of The British Land Company PLC and as a member of its Remuneration and ESG Committees with effect from 1 September 2023. The British Land Company PLC is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
