Interim Dividend Exchange Rate
The Company notifies the exchange rate of GBP 1.00 = US$1.3590 for determining the dividend amount in Pounds sterling, for those shareholders who have elected to receive the Interim Dividend declared on 23 May 2025 in Pounds sterling, equating to a dividend of GBP 0.0311 (US$0.0423) per share. The Interim Dividend is expected to be paid on 4 July 2025.
