Purchase of Own Shares

In accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 28 November 2024, Liontrust announces that it has purchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 453.8 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.

Total voting rights  

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 64,210,000 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 64,210,000.

The above figure of 64,210,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
