("Liontrust" or the "Company")
Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCA")
Liontrust announces that on 4 March 2025 it was notified that Vinay Abrol, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 3,797 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") and his wife, Rummy Abrol, correspondingly sold 3,797 Shares. Vinay Abrol is a PDMR and Rummy Abrol is a PCA to Mr Abrol. Accordingly, Mr Abrol's net shareholding when including his PCA remains unchanged.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR and the PCA is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
