Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Liontrust announces that on 26 June 2024 it was notified that Miriam Greenwood, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, purchased 2,750 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). Miriam Greenwood is a PDMR.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
