Lighthouse Group PLC25 July 2007 Press Release 25 July 2007 Lighthouse Group plc ("Lighthouse" or "the Group") Board Appointment Lighthouse Group plc (AIM:LGT), one of the UK's largest Independent FinancialAdviser groups and pension scheme administrators, is pleased to announce theappointment of Richard Last as non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Richard Last, aged 50, holds a number of other Directorships, of both publicand private companies, including as non-executive Chairman of Xpertise Group plcand Knowledge Technology Solutions plc, both AIM listed. He is particularlyexperienced in managing and developing IT and service related businesses and hasa considerable background in mergers and acquisitions. Richard is a Fellow ofthe Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a FSAregistered individual. Richard is beneficially interested in 290,000 ordinary shares, which representsapproximately 0.35 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
