Withdrawal of Requisition
The Company announces that it has today received notification from Rock Holdings Limited and Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited that they have withdrawn the requisition they previously submitted requiring the Company to convene a General Meeting to consider certain resolutions concerning the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Richard Last, Chairman of Lighthouse, said: "The withdrawal of the requisition notice brings to an end a period of uncertainty for the Group and will enable the Board to concentrate on running the business for the benefit of all stakeholders."
