Director / PDMR Shareholding
Lighthouse announces that it has been informed that on 6 October 2011 David Hickey, Executive Chairman, transferred for nil consideration 2,904,172 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company to his wife, Jane Hickey. Following the transfer of shares, David Hickey's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains 5,161,772 ordinary shares, representing 4.04% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
