On 27 December 2019, the interest of Robert Darwent, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, in the issued ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") altered as a result of the disposal on that date (the "Disposal") of 9,000,000 Ordinary Shares by funds advised by Lion Capital LLP ("Lion"). Robert Darwent is a partner in Lion and is deemed to be interested in the Ordinary Shares held by funds advised by Lion.
