Publication of Final Terms

The Final Terms dated 22 November 2019 relating to the issue by Legal & General Group Plc ("Legal & General") on 26 November 2019 of £600,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due 2049 (the "Notes") have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing. The Notes have an initial coupon of 3.750% and were rated BBB+ and A3 by S&P and Moody's, respectively.

The Notes have been issued under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme of Legal & General Group Plc and Legal & General Finance PLC.

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 26 November 2019.

Legal & General estimates its year-end Solvency ratio will be in a range of 178% to 183% (H1 2019: 171%), based on the estimate provided on 19 November 2019. This includes the £600,000,000 debt raised and the capital we expect to deploy on new business before year-end, including capital deployed on the £1.6 billion bulk annuity announced today (for more information please visit www.legalandgeneralgroup.com/investors/investor-news).
