Deadline extended for receiving completed Proxy Forms

Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited ("the Company") has extended the deadline for receiving completed Proxy Forms by 48 hours in accordance with Jersey Law and the Articles of Association of the Company.

Completed Proxy Forms must be returned to Computershare Investor Services (Jersey) Limited, Queensway House, Hillgrove Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ES, Channel Islands so as to be received not later than 10am on Saturday 5 November 2011.
