Appointment of new CEO

LED is pleased to announce that Mr Stephen Chan has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 30 December 2010.

Mr Chan has served with LED since 1 February 2009 and was subsequently appointed as its Chief Financial Officer on 29 May 2009. The Company is currently evaluating a number of suitable candidates for the position of Financial Controller.

Thomas Li, the LED Chairman, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Stephen for his contribution to LED and wish him every success in his new capacity. Stephen's transition to the role of CEO will not disrupt the day-to-day management of LED's operations in any way."
