The proceeds will be used to fund expansion of thebusiness. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of the new ordinary shares on AIM is expectedto commence on 31 October 2007.
