The Company was notified on 10th September 2012 that on that day the following directors (and spouse) transferred shares into their personal pension scheme: James Phillips (2,000,000 shares at 0.425p), Simon McGivern (1,800,000shares at 0.5p) and Joanna McGivern (1,600,000 shares at 0.5p). The net beneficial interest of each director has not changed.
