Greenhouse Fund Limited (The)12 January 2006 For Immediate Release 12 January 2006 The Greenhouse Fund Limited ("Greenhouse" or "the Fund") Admission to trading on AIM £9.8 million fund raising The Fund (AIM : GHF) is a newly incorporated, Jersey domiciled closed-ended 10year investment company, formed to create a diverse portfolio of sustainableenvironmental technology investments. The Fund will consider all industries or parts of the Environmental Sector,which shall, include the following: •environmental protection; •environmental monitoring and detection; •collection, treatment, prevention and elimination of pollutants; •waste management; and •renewable energy sources. The Fund will apply rigorous assessment criteria to any potential investmenttargets which will have to demonstrate some or all of the followingcharacteristics: •innovative environmental technologies with a sustainable business model; •ownership of patents, processes, know-how or other intellectual property; •management with technical expertise and understanding of their technology within the Environmental Sector; •the need for capital investment and working capital; •technology which is close to commercial realisation. The Fund has raised £9.8 million gross through the Placing of 98,000,000 newshares at 10p per share, and will commence trading on AIM at 08.00 a.m. on 12January 2006.
