SHAREHOLDINGS OF DIRECTORSΒ ANDΒ PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
OnΒ 1 January 2010,Β Robert Noel joined the Board of the Company as an Executive Director and was granted a conditional award ("the Award").Β
TheΒ AwardΒ was granted overΒ 160,000Β ordinary shares in the Company.Β
TheΒ AwardΒ was granted in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.4.2(2), in connection withΒ the recruitment ofΒ Mr NoelΒ as an executive director of the Company.
No consideration was paid for the grant of theΒ AwardΒ and no consideration will be due when the award vests.
Ordinarily, theΒ AwardΒ willΒ vestΒ in threeΒ tranches, as follows:
