On 24 October 2011, the following Directors of Land Securities Group PLC acquired the following number of 10p Ordinary shares ("Shares") at 654.0 pence per share, through the issue and allotment of Shares under the Scrip Dividend Scheme in relation to the first interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2012.
