Lamprell plc26 March 2008 LAMPRELL PLC ("Lamprell" or the "Company") Application for admission of new shares for trading on AIM and Director's disclosure Lamprell plc (ticker: LAM) announces that application has been made to theLondon Stock Exchange for 279,309 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted totrading on AIM. The shares have been issued following a vesting of deferredshares, the conditions to which having been met, and the new shares will rankpari-passu with the existing shares of the Company. Admission in the new sharesis expected to occur on 27th March 2008.
