Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.8(2) of the ISE Listing Rules and LR 9.6.14R(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, Kerry Group plc ('Kerry' or the 'Company') notifies that Joan Garahy who is a non-Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as a non-Executive Director of Irish Residential Properties REIT plc. Irish Residential Properties REIT plc is registered in Ireland and listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Kerry also announces that Stan McCarthy CEO and Executive Director will join the Board of Ryanair Holdings plc as a non-Executive Director on 26 May 2017. Ryanair Holdings plc is registered in Ireland and is listed on both the Irish and London Stock Exchanges.
