Kerry Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Liz Hewitt as a non-executive director of the Company, and as a member of the Audit Committee, with effect from 1 March 2024.

Ms Hewitt has over 30 years business experience in executive and non-executive positions. She began her career with Arthur Andersen and has held various executive positions in private equity companies including 3i Group plc where she worked for over 18 years with her last position there being Director of Corporate Affairs. She more recently worked for Smith & Nephew plc as Group Director of Corporate Affairs.

Ms Hewitt holds a BSc in Economics from University College London, is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She has extensive audit committee experience gained during her work as a non-executive director with Novo-Nordisk A/S, National Grid plc, Melrose Industries plc, Savills plc and Synergy Health plc.

Ms Hewitt is currently a non-executive director of National Grid plc and Glencore plc.

Ms Hewitt has confirmed to the Company that, save as disclosed herein, there are no other matters requiring disclosure in respect of Rule 6.1.66 (1) to (6) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and under LR 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the FCA Listing Rules.
