Pursuant to paragraph 6.1.8(2) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and UKLR 6.4.9(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, Kerry Group plc announces that Mr Christopher Rogers has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chair-Elect of Mitie Group plc with immediate effect. Mr Rogers will take over as Chair at Mitie Group plc's Annual General Meeting on 22 July 2025.
