Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made to Euronext Dublin and to the UK Listing Authority for a total of 1,000,000 A Ordinary Shares of €0.125 each in the capital of Kerry Group plc, to be admitted to the Official List of Euronext Dublin and to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

Such admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on 6 June 2018.

These shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the Kerry Group plc 2006 and 2013 Long Term Incentive Plans and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
