Issue of Shares
Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, today announces the issuance of 14,635 new ordinary shares being the final share consideration for the acquisition of Ichi Holdings Ltd in November 2019. The new ordinary shares to be issued are subject to orderly market provisions for a one-year period.
Since the acquisition, the shares to be issued have been fully represented in the reported earnings per share numbers through the basic and diluted weighted average denominators used.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 14,635 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8:00am on 28 May 2021. The Company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of 75,315,628 ordinary shares of one pence each with one voting right per share. The figure of 75,315,628 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following admission.
