Issue of New Shares
Pursuant to the announcement on 20 January 2015 detailing the completion of the Earn Out related to Binari Sonori S.R.L, Keywords Studios confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 158,250 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 26 January 2015.
