Directors Dealing

The Company was informed that following the purchase of 7,827,277 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 June 2013, 7,477,277 of which were purchased at 1.175p per Ordinary Share through his SIPP with the remainder purchased at 1.2p per Ordinary Share through persons connected to him, Mr John Morton, a director of the Company, increased his holding from 35,997,781 Ordinary Shares to 43,825,058 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.75 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company ("Issued Share Capital").

The Company was also informed that following the purchase of 516,351 Ordinary Shares at 1.2p per Ordinary Share on 25 June 2013 through his SIPP, Mr Roderick Gentry, a director of the Company, increased his holding from 38,183,469 Ordinary Shares to 38,699,820 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.85 per cent of the Issued Share Capital.

Lastly, the Company was informed that following the sale of 7,477,277 Ordinary Shares at 1.175p per Ordinary Share on 25 June 2013, Courvoisier & Associés S.A ("Courvoisier"), a company which Mr Kishore Gopaul, a director of the Company, is a director of, decreased its holding from 105,288,951 Ordinary Shares to 97,811,674 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.3 per cent of the Issued Share Capital.
