Board Appointment

European Wealth Group Limited (AIM: EWG, EWGL), the integrated wealth management group, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Freeman has joined the Board as a non-Executive Director.

Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in the financial services with a strong track record in strategic development and corporate governance within both the fund management and corporate finance sectors. His most recent previous roles include being a director of Hume Capital Securities plc and the CEO of Syndicate Asset Management plc. Prior to these roles, Jonathan was a director of Beeson Gregory.

Jonathan is currently the non-Executive Chairman of PhotonStar LED Group plc, the Senior Independent Director of Futura Medical plc and non-Executive Director of Braveheart Investment Group plc, all of which are quoted on AIM.

The following disclosures are required regarding Mr Freeman's appointment pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Jonathan David Freeman, aged 53, has been a director of the following companies during the five years preceding the date of this announcement:

Jonathan Freeman was a non-executive director of Altair Financial Services International plc which was placed into administration by the directors in 2009.

Jonathan Freeman was a non-executive director of Cobra Capital Limited, a Guernsey incorporated and regulated investment company, from 2004 until 2010. The company was wound up with the consent of the shareholders and its creditors in 2010.

Jonathan was a non-executive director of Hume Capital Securities plc, an FCA regulated retail broker and corporate finance business from August 2012 to when it was put into administration in March 2015. In addition he acted as the interim CEO from April to June 2014.

At the date of this announcement, Mr Freeman does not have any beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Group.
