Document sent to shareholders regarding loan syndication

European Wealth Group Limited (AIM: EWG, EWGL), the integrated wealth management group, today announces that further to the Company's announcement of 7 November 2017, it yesterday sent to all shareholders a document explaining the terms of the proposed syndication of up to 49 per cent. of the Funding. Pursuant to this, Kingswood is intending to syndicate up to 49 per cent. of the Funding and, as such, is offering to the Company's larger shareholders the opportunity to participate on a proportionate participation basis, subject to a minimum proportionate participation level per shareholder of £50,000. Qualifying shareholders wishing to participate must return the reply form by no later than the close of business on 6 December 2017.
