Board Appointment
Kingswalk Investments Limited (AIM: KWI.L), the strategic investment company, today announces that Mr. Timothy John Revill ("Tim"), 61, has been appointed to the board of Kingswalk as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect.
Tim qualified as a chartered accountant in 1974 with PKF in London and then moved to its Isle of Man office. In 1978, he established his own professional practice in the Isle of Man and subsequently merged it with another firm. In 1982, he moved to Gibraltar to open the Gibraltar and Spanish offices of his partnership, which he managed until 1989, when he participated in a management buy-out of the Spanish office and established Fidecs Group SA. In 2007, Fidecs Group was reversed into STM Group Plc, based in the Isle of Man, and STM was simultaneously listed on the AIM market, raising £7.5m to pursue a "buy and build" strategy. Tim held the position of Chief Executive Officer of STM Group Plc from March 2007 until he retired in 2010. Tim is a former director of Newcastle United Plc and is currently a director of Stan James Plc and a variety of private limited companies. Tim specialises in international financial and tax planning
Commenting on Tim's appointment Paul Everitt, Director of Kingswalk, stated:

Commenting on his own appointment Tim Revill stated:

Hearth Investments Limited, as trustee of the Revill Family Settlement, of which Tim is a potential beneficiary, holds 12,500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, which represents approximately 13.4% of the ordinary share capital of Kingswalk. Tim also holds 500,000 warrants to subscribe for shares in Kingswalk at 2p per ordinary share which are exercisable until 30 June 2021. Save for the below, there is no further information required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, pursuant to Tim's appointment.

Tim was appointed a director of Angelmist Properties Limited in 2008 and resigned in 2009. Angelmist Properties Limited is in the process of being liquidated following a petition lodged by HMRC.
