Result of AGM
Kropz plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, Thursday 30 June 2022, were duly passed on a show of hands. A breakdown of proxy votes lodged prior to the AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website.
It should be noted that it had not been possible to publish the 31 December 2021 Financial Statements and Annual Report (the "2021 Accounts") prior to issuing the Notice of AGM. Therefore, no resolution to receive and adopt the 2021 Accounts was proposed at the AGM. The Company published its 2021 Accounts earlier today, 30 June 2022, and will hold a General Meeting for the purposes of approving the 2021 Accounts which will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal at 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY on 25 July 2022 at 1 p.m.
