Director role change
KRM22 plc (AIM: KRM), the technology and software company focused on risk management in capital markets, announces that from 1st July 2019, Karen Bach, COO and one of the three founder directors, will become non-executive director. Karen will also be available to support the executive directors on strategic matters and investments.
Karen commented: "KRM22 has exciting opportunities for growth and I am proud of how much the team has achieved in the year since IPO. We have built an excellent team culture and smooth-running environment with the right combination of skills, systems and sales focus. My executive role was focused on building the foundations to allow us to scale-up quickly and these are now in place."
