Director / PDMR shareholdings
The Company was notified on 11 August 2021, that Paul Gannon, Director, sold 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an aggregated price of £18.01 per ordinary share.
The Company was further notified on 11 August 2021, that Mr Gannon exercised his 2017 PSP options over 19,346 ordinary shares of £0.005 in the Company and his 2018 PSP options over 15,690 ordinary shares of £0.005 in the Company, both at an exercise price of £0.005 per ordinary share.
Mr Gannon retained the ordinary shares on exercise.
Following this notification, Mr Gannon and his Person Closely Associated (PCA) have a reportable shareholding of 7,164,044 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 5.81% of the issued share capital of the Company.
