Board Changes
Kainos Group plc (KNOS), a UK-headquartered IT provider with expertise across three divisions, Digital Services, Workday Services, and Workday Products, confirms (as set out in the RNS announcement 20_May_2024) that effective today:
- Rosaleen Blair is appointed as Company Chair and chair of the Nominations Committee. Rosaleen will no longer serve as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
- James Kidd is appointed as Senior Independent Director (SID) and member of the Nominations Committee.
- Tom Burnett and Andy Malpass have stepped down from the board, having completed their terms as independent Non-Executive Directors.
Commenting on today's announcement, Russell Sloan, Kainos CEO said:
"I would like to reiterate my thanks to Tom and Andy on behalf of the Board for the knowledge and leadership they brought to their roles. We are very grateful for the support they have offered both to Kainos and to all those they worked closely with."
