Board Changes

Kanabo Group plc (KNB) announces that non-executive director Andy Morrison has decided to step down from the Board of Directors. Mr. Morrison has been a valued member of the Kanabo Group Board since the company's initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange on February 16, 2021.

During his tenure, Mr. Morrison played a key role in successfully listing Kanabo on the LSE and contributed significantly to the company's growth and development. His expertise and guidance have been invaluable, and the Kanabo team is grateful for his service.

Mr. Morrison commented: "I have very much enjoyed my time with Spinnaker Opportunities Plc and Kanabo. I am proud of the way in which we stayed together as a team (including our advisers) to navigate the very long FCA admission process and I was delighted with the reception we achieved in the market in 2021 and the early returns obtained by our investors."
