Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing on 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules of the Kromek Group plc EMI Scheme.

These shares will not all be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rules allow. 122,500 options were exercised on 27 January 2014. Following this exercise the total issued ordinary share capital and number of voting rights is 107,479,835.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
