Admission update

Further to the announcement on 23 November 2022, which stated an intended admission date of 28 November 2022, the Company is in the process of finalising the prospectus which should take a handful of days. This is to allow admission of the Subscription Shares to the Official List and to trading on the Standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company will make a further announcement on the updated admission date in due course.
