Board Appointment

Further to the announcement made on 11 November 2016, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Liam Humphreys to the Board as Managing Director, with immediate effect. Liam has over 15 years' experience in the recruitment industry, most recently at PSD Group Ltd. Liam has been working with the Company as a non-board Managing Director since November and is responsible for all operational matters.

Richard Ward, Executive Chairman of the Company, commented: "I am very pleased with Liam's appointment to the Board, and within his first three months he has already spearheaded a series of progressive changes within the running of our three core businesses, starting with change management, staff training, retention and selective staff recruitment to enable a more solid deliverable service to our national clients."

Liam Michael Humphreys (aged 45), is not, and has not been during the last five years, a director or partner of any companies or partnerships. There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
