Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Kellan Group PLC (AIM: KLN.L), a leading hospitality, leisure, IT and accountancy and professional services recruitment group, has been informed that on Friday 19 December 2008, Mr John Bowmer, non Executive Co-Chairman, purchased through his Self Invested Pension Plan 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 8 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bowmer's resultant total beneficial interest of 11,722,251 Ordinary Shares represents approximately 13.46 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Furthermore, the Board was informed that on Friday 19 December 2008, Mr Tony Reeves, non Executive Co-Chairman, purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 8 pence per share, resulting in a total beneficial interest of 11,722,251 Ordinary Shares, which figure represents approximately 13.46 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
