Directorate change
Kellan is pleased to announce the appointment yesterday of two new directors to the Board of the Company. Mr Ross Eades was appointed to the Board, following his appointment as the new Group Chief Executive Officer effective 20 April 2009, and Mr James McHugh was appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Eades holds 700,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 0.80 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, he has been granted options over 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, under the Company's unapproved share option scheme, further details of which were announced on 21 April 2009.
Mr McHugh holds 4,973,911 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.71 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
There is no information in relation to the new directors' appointments required pursuant to schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies other than as set out below:

K2 Partnering Solutions Sarl., a French company of which Mr McHugh was a director was placed into liquidation after being placed in French "redressement judiciaire" proceedings in 2006 by Mr McHugh as Co-Gerant.
Arthus Sarl., a French company of which Mr McHugh was a director was placed into liquidation after being placed in French "redressement judiciaire" proceedings in 2006 by Mr McHugh as Gerant.
The combined amounts outstanding are less than €100,000.
