Board Change
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that its Finance Director, Bev Dew, will stand down from the board of directors (the "Board") and leave the Company by 30 September 2019, shortly after the announcement of its results for the financial year ending 30 June 2019. An executive search for a successor to Mr. Dew has commenced.
Philip Cox, Chairman, said: "Bev has been our Finance Director for over four years and I would like to thank him for his contribution over this time. Bev remains firmly committed to the Company and will be working with the Board to deliver the 2019 results."
