Kingspan Group PLC29 November 2005 Kingspan Group plc BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION Application has been made to the UKLA, Irish Stock Exchange and London StockExchange for a total of 2,250,000 Ordinary Shares of 13 euro cents each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 5th December 2005 and tradingwill commence on 6th December 2005.
