Kingspan Group PLC24 May 2007 Kingspan Group plc AGM Statement 24th May 2007 The Board is pleased to report that trading for the first four months of 2007has shown good growth over the same period last year. Kingspan's businesses in the UK, Western Europe, Central Europe, and the US areall performing strongly, and despite the well anticipated tempering of the Irishresidential market, overall demand for Kingspan products is well ahead inIreland, reflecting the strength in the non-residential sector. Order levels in the first four months of the year have been strong, and theBoard anticipates that the current momentum of the businesses will continue inthe immediate term. In the absence of any unforeseen circumstances the Group isconfident, given the strong performance in the first four months of the currentyear, that operating profits for the year as a whole should grow in the regionof 20% over the figure of €194 million in 2006.
