Issue of shares under exercise of Restricted Stock Awards

Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services businesses, announces that a total of 14,082 new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each have been issued pursuant to the exercise of restricted stock awards granted by Knights in relation to the acquisition of Spearing Waite LLP.

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of these 14,082 shares, which is expected to occur on 24 July 2020. Following admission, Knights will have 82,101,353 shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
