Dividend Record Date Correction

Knights Plc advises that in the Half-year Results published on 15 January 2020 at 7:00am it incorrectly stated that the Record Date for the Interim Dividend was 17 February 2020. The correct Record Date is 14 February 2020.

Accordingly, an Interim Dividend of 1.10p per share will be paid on 16 March 2020 to shareholders on the register on 14 February 2020.
