Notification of Transactions by Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
31 July 2023: Kingfisher plc today announces the following share transactions made by Pascal Gil, CEO Castorama Poland, and Alain Rabec, CEO France (each a PDMR) which occurred on 28 July 2023.
Pascal and Alain's conditional share awards of 37,821 and 91,608 shares respectively, granted under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan (French Sub-Plan) vested automatically on 28 July 2023. Pascal and Alain retained all their shares.
The PDMR notifications below, which are made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail of the awards granted to each PDMR.
