31 July 2024: Kingfisher plc today announces the following share transaction made by Alain Rabec, CEO France (a PDMR) which occurred on 30 July 2024.
Alain's conditional share award of 333,984 shares, granted under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan (French Sub-Plan) vested automatically on 30 July 2024. All 333,984 shares were retained.
