Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following open-market share transactions made by Andrew Cosslett, Chairman (a PDMR) and M Seligman & Co Limited (a PCA), a company owned jointly by Mark Seligman, Senior Independent Director and his spouse, which both occurred on Monday, 25 November 2019.
