Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
3 May 2023: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transaction made by Alain Rabec, CEO France (a PDMR), which occurred on 28 April 2023.
Alain sold 30,536 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company acquired following the immediate vesting of Conditional Awards awarded under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan (French Sub Plan) in 2020 and 2021. Alain sold the shares acquired on vesting to cover tax liabilities in France that resulted from their grant, subsequent vesting and this sale.
