Completion of first tranche of share repurchase programme

 

22 July 2022: Kingfisher plc (the "Company" or "Kingfisher") announces that the first £75m tranche of the £300m share repurchase programme announced on 23 May 2022 to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.

Goldman Sachs International, who undertook this tranche on Kingfisher's behalf (as announced on 1 June 2022), purchased 30,583,514 shares for a total consideration of £75 million.

Further details on the second tranche of the share repurchase programme will be announced in due course.
